IP In Rome SSML Gregorio VII
Speak up for Amor. Speak up accessibility overland in Rome –
The project becomes more forceful during its second phase.
Personal, social and economic development is indeed possible only if there is comprehension of disabilities and gender inequality. There is no innovation without equal opportunities and gender inequality. There is no innovation without equal opportunities because there is a limit on free streaming of imagination if somebody suffers a disparity – if somebody has been humiliated because different, his creativity would be affected. The project has the aim to continue along the process of awareness building: legislation and social comparison within countries participating to the IP leads to new professional researches. It develops methods, forms and operation concerning accessibility.
The new IP puts forward a two level-strategy: improving the issues for auditive handicap and developing an analysis of gender gap concerning work, mobility and culture. Envisaged outputs are: to elaborate a glossary about tourism and cultural terms; to produce a special video-clip for hearing-impairment on the highlights of Rome; to elaborate a map of gender gap problems for sustainable accessibility in cities of art. Rome one of the cities with the most important heritage in the world proposes a new slogan:
“KO (Knockout) barriers’ for a better model of intercultural Tourism.
